Mo County ALL STARS is the Youth component of Montgomery County Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health and A Chapter of YOUTH MOVE MARYLAND. Mo County ALL STARS are a youth driven, peer-to-peer support network.
The All Stars Mission is to help prepare Montgomery County Youth with life challenges to be successful in school, work and in life situations, to empower youth through advocacy, leadership and dynamic life skill training by promoting strength through activities, resources, and success.
